Will I lose my data?

So, before I jailbroke, I backed everything up.
Now, after I got all my themes and new data in my apps and stuff, what would happen if I restored from backup?
Would I lose all my jailbroken data?

jailbroke? does that mean you have an iPod touch or an iPhone?

iTunes does NOT backup the jailbreak stuff.
Yep, just SSH and copy all the files, and then put them back when you restore.
