I'm looking for a new pair of in-ears for my new Cowon iAudio D2+, and my budget lies around £40-45.
Sennheiser products has always been good to me - superior sound, design and build-quality defines it well IMO.
I have previously borrowed a set of CX300 from a friend, and really liked the quality, but the sound lacked something in the lower end of the Hz scale it seemed.
So, I recently read up on the sennheiser' productline at my budget range - looking at the reviews, the CX400-II seems like it would be great for me, all things considered.. AMP can deliver these at £44.99, or the older version CX400 at £39.14. Any real difference ??
Now, I just spotted that the Sennheiser CX500 Gaming Headphones goes at a £30.99 discount ATM.
Can I get a summary on the CX500 Gaming vs. CX400-II ?
Are they better/worse? - and what does the GAMING mean here? I will only use the headset for music.. does it make a difference?
Please answer quickly, and I'll order some lovely headphones right away and enjoy them with the D2+ :D
thx in advance guys!
