SECGuard deferred paying via Paypal, already sent email

Hi,

On Thursday 14/01/10 I bought a pair of Audioengine A2.
The Black version was out of stock and the stock was excepted to arrive on Friday 15/01/10.
I preferred to purchase them for the priority given over who pre-ordered them.

So i bought them and checked out via PayPay. Everything was OK, received the recipt from Paypal and the money was withdraw from the card. Yesterday I got the "SECGuard deferred" status and also received the status update via mail.
I'm being asked for eiher a screenshot of my "Verified" Paypal adress or my credit card statement.

Yesterday afternoon i sent a email to sales@advancedmp3players.co.uk
I attached 3 screenshot: 2 of my credit card online statement, 1 of my PayPal adress status.
Than i sent another email because the "Verified" status now appears near the owner name in the homepage.


I saw that now the speakers appear as in stock on the online shop.
I've responded with all the requested information and just wondering how long it takes for a reply / status update.
For any reference, my order number is 287071.

they are probably already looking on it. as far as i've seen, they value their customers well. hope you do get a reply as soon as possible.

Ok, orders status was just updated.

Verification was received.
Stock is supposed to arrive on 22/01/10
