My ipod's click wheel is not working. tried what was suggested, reset, even took it back to factory settings and reloaded but still not working. After looking at the apple web site to send it off to be made well again, it appears to cost ?166.00. is this for real? Is there any were I can get it fixed xheaper or should I just by a new one? It has only been out of warranty a month, it is a 60gb video ipod and i am distraught without it! :( :angry:
I've heard of that happening before and I've also heard about the brutal repair charges Apple have (it gets worse if you're trying to get a Mac PC repaired).
You might want to take a look at www.ukipodrapairs.co.uk as I've heard pretty good things about them throughout the years and they appear to have reasonable prices.
