my nw-a3000 wont charge no matter how long i leave it on charge, it will play for a while then says needs charging,can anybody help,or is it broke.

Have you tried resetting the player? If I remember right, you can do that using a pin or staple in the reset hole.

It's worth a shot at least, otherwise I don't really know what else to suggest apart from contacting Sony Technical Support.
