I've got the same problem, and I'm french, so I can't call them (international call is too expensive).
I ordered a Sony Walkman : a black Sony NWZ-S639 16GB Walkman LAST YEAR !!!
First they asked me to validate my Paypal account, I did 2 days later.
When I sent a mail to tell that my Paypal account was validate, they never reply it.
Later my black Walkman became out of stock...
Then they asked me if I want to change my order, or wait until march for new stocks...
I told them that I want the same walkman in red (it was currently in stock), but they didn't reply.
Then the red walkman became out of stock...
Now the red walkman (Sony NWZ-S639 16GB Walkman) is in stock again, I want it, but they don't reply to my mails !
I'm sick to wait for something that I ordered 3 month ago !
Taking me my money was really fast, but sending me my Walkman seems to be so hard for them...
I'll never order anything on this site again.
2 times I ordered something in stock, and 2 times I didn't have any reply to my mails.
If someone read mails from customers, I could have my walkman since 3 months...
