I have sent several emails to you since the past month both sales and the supervisor but I have no reply.
You offered me to make a full refund which I accepted but it's the day that such a thing didn't happen.
At least, have the honesty to respond. :angry: or I will begin legal actions against you

Thanks for your comments. I'm not sure why your e-mails are not being responded to. We had server problems over the Christmas period but I thought those had been resolved now. When was your last e-mail sent?

Solving my problem e-amail via.I don't think to be much to ask for.
Anyway .I have changed my mind.I want the refund to be made though my bank not by Paypal.
And I suppose that you got my bank data when I made the payment.

Try e-mailing sales@advancedmp3players.co.uk / sales@amp3.co.uk - there is generally a faster response time at this e-mail address.

They have responded to my own e-mails so far this morning, so I would try to e-mail one or both of the above addresses as soon as possible.

Please keep this thread updated if you still do not receive a response from the Sales team.

On 13th January, Elliot Holmes from sales@advancedmp3players.co.uk offered me to cancel my order and a full refund to be made.Since then I have not a reply.

I have the same problem. I'm an international customer so I don't want to call.
I have sent two e-mails last week, one on monday(to sales) and the second on thursday(to supervisor).

Hi Guys,

Sorry to hear of the problems you've been having getting a reply from our sales department.

Part of the problem seems to be that some of your emails and our replies to you are getting blocked by spam software (either on our server or your ISP's server).

Here's what we're going to do:

(1) My colleague Elliot will answer your queries directly via the forum in the next 24 hours.
(2) Our web development team are currently setting up an online ticket based system for emails - which means that all emails are logged on an online interface that both customers and AMP3 staff can log-onto and communicate via (hopefully x all of the email issues)

I'd just like to stress that we do care, and we do answer all the emails that we receive - there's obviously a bit of a problem somewhere which we're working to solve.

I don't know if I have to give you my bank data.I suppose when I made the payment my data will be in your billing.
I will avoid giving my bank data taking into account our communication problem as it seems that this forum is going our solution.
