I bought a refurbished product before Christmas last year but it seems the A/V out lead was missing from the box. Is there any way I can ordeer this as a spare part or is there an alternative cable I can buy?
I did buy a cable from Maplins which was a 3.5mm jack to three phono's but it does not seem to work (it was wired for a Sony Handycam and the guy in the shop said that if the yellow lead didn't carry the video then to try each of the other leads in turn, but none of them carried the viseo through to the TV).
Any help would be appreciated.
