I have got an iriver B30 for christmas i have draged and droped music into the music folder, but when i open music folder there is nothing there i have to go to EXTRA and BROWSE DEVICE and then into MUSIC where all the albums are. The question is why dont the albums come up on the main screen music folder also will it support windows 7 as it is its a waste of time i`me sorry to say because its a nice MP3 player. john
The B30 has two different USB connection methods. The one currently x on your player means you have to use Windows Media Player to send the music over rather than drag and drop (otherwise erverything will keeping appearing under extras).
