I received one for my birthday yesterday, and had the same problem, but i have sorted it now thanks to this thread.
Only thing is, in the process of trying to find them i accidentally formatted the player. (I know... total dunse moment) This means i have lost all the Themes, Fonts, and Games etc. that were installed on it when it arrived. Is there anyway of getting them back... i really like the orange theme, but can't have it now.
Any ideas. Could reseting the player restore the Themes, Fonts and games etc. ???
I have gone and done the same can any one upload the files anywhere ? had a look on iriver sites no luck :( Also some of my album art does not show up on B30 even thou the jpeg file is the folder with the mp3 music why is that ?
You might want to email sales@amp3.co.uk to see if they can track the files you lost with the format down for you (I've not been able to track them down through a quick search I'm afraid).
Moreover, album art will only work on the B30 if you have synced the files over using Windows Media Player 11 - unless someone else has actually managed to do it through drag and drop and wants to share their secret?
