I hope i have posted this in the correct section.I have the iRiver B20 and my 2gb mini sd card has arrived to which i have formatted the card via my laptop but when i insert the card into the iRiver player it doesn't show any help/adivce would be greatly appreciated especially as any iformation in the iRiver B20 manual isn't much help at all....or perhaps i am just plain stupid.
If my memory serves you can view the music you've copied to the card by selecting 'extras' then 'browse device' from the B20 main menu.
Thanks for your reply.....I have previously tried the method that you describe but to no avail,someone has suggested to me that the card reader could be faulty so i intend to return the player.
No worries - one last thing which has occured to me: have you used the update database option in the settings menu? Moreover, have you tried other cards in the player as well?
Yep i've tried everything that i can think of and when inserting the mini sd card it would click in like they do but you could remove the card again without pressing it in slightly to release it,it would just slide out and i was using the correct size card for the player.I am posting it back tomorrow and then wait for my replacement one to arrive.Thanks again Elliot. :)
