im thinking about getting a new mp3 player, and battery life is one of my main concerns. there are a ton of nano lookalikes all over ebay for incredibly cheap, but they mostly say 4 hours of battery life which would be ridiculous. i was just wondering if the nano battery is as good as advertised on the apple website. and if it is, why is it so good when the other ones that look almost exactly the same are so bad? could you put a nano battery in the other player?
The Nano battery life is normally alright (quoted as having 24 hours for music); although the most likely fault with the iPod range is the battery dying quickly. From what I can gather this is largely due to the iPod never really turning off so the battery is being constantly used.
yeah. Apple claims to have the 24 hour maximum battery life when playing music. However, considering that people wouldn't just use it for music, it wouldn't reach that much life. probably just enough for one day of usage. that would be around 5 to 6 hours i guess.
battery life depends on various condition the battery is exposed ,However in normal codition, you can get upto 6-7 hrs of music although apple claims it can give more that 24 hrs
