Hi, I wanted to know if the 7 days refund policy applies to headphones? I am very interested to buy the ie8 headphones but the risk is I do not tolerate them as I have issues with some in-ear headphones. Hopefully, everything will be fine, but in case of, they are still £199... Thanks for your help
Our returns policy here at the Shop does exclude opened earphones for hygeine reasons, which is stated on our own Returns Policy signs.
However, I'm not sure if this is the same for the website. The online policy does say as long as the product is in a perfect resellable condition, it's ok, but I can't say for definite if 'perfect resellable condition' applies to earphones that have been tried on/used or not. Hopefully someone from the Sales team can clarify this.
