Headphone advice

Hello everybody,
I'm going to buy a Cowon s9 next week, and I wanted to pair it with new headphones.
I thought to buy Shure Se102, but their price is a bit out of budget.
Wanting to stay under 45-50 euros, what headphones do you think I could choose, considering I'll use them on the s9 and to listen mostly jazz (see nick :P ) and rock music?

Sennheiser CX300's are a steal right now at £19.99, quite x-heavy though, so quite suited for rock but not so much jazz.

A better bet would probably be the Denon AH-C351's. Great for jazz, and reasonably suitable for rock but the x isn't as punchy as the Sennheisers.

I guess I'm going for the Denon, altough I'm very curious about the Radiopaq custom tuned jazz, but they're too pricy anyway so...
