I don't know if anyone else has been let down by AMP3, I placed my order for the POPCORNC200 on the 19/10/2009. I was aware they had none in stock an I would be waiting for the next batch, I was informed twice that the delivery date to the UK had slipped, so far I thought the service very good.
The problem arose when the units arrived in the UK, I was told mine would be coming out to me on Friday 18/12/09. I checked my account on 21/12/09 to be told the unit was actually being posted on the Monday. When I phoned up on the Wednesday I was told it was being posted that day. I was told various dodgy reasons as to where the problems may have arisen, I live on the Isle of Wight so apparently I had chosen a different delivery method (this is incorrect). There is a great deal of snow which is stopping deliveries, when she was asked if she managed to get to and from work why can the deliveries not do the same she started stuttering.
I am now going to be without my Christmas Present to myself until 28/12/09 at the earliest as the 27th is a bank holiday. I know problems arise, I do not appreciate being lied to and treated like a fool. Had this been posted on Friday 18th or even Monday 21st I would be sitting here grinning like a Cheshire cat, however this did not happen, so I am not.
This is the first time I have dealt with AMP3 and I can tell you I am not overly impressed.
