D2 videos

I'v had a D2+ for about year but so far completely failed to get a video on it.

Ive triedcopying DVD discs, buyinga video from i tunes and lastly taking a home made DVD copied from my TV HD recorder.Tried using handbrake software and some others and the cowon jet audio converter.

Any tips ?

not come across this before unfortunately - you might want to raise a support ticket (see below) to contact our technical team.

1. Click on the “My Account” link at the top of our website and log into your account (www.amp3.co.uk) *Amazon/Pixmania/Telephone etc customers please see the final paragraph.
2. Click on “Request support or return a product” link
3. Select the order containing the item that you wish to return.
4. Fill in the details on the form, and click on the button at the bottom of the page.
5. Customer Support will then get back to you on a same day basis.

Please use the email address provided at the time of the order to login to your account. A x would have also been sent at the time of your order.
If you have mislaid this, or did not receive one, you can request a new x from the account login screen.
