D2+ DAB freezing issue

Hello all,
If you are a owner of D2+ DAB in UK, and having trouble with the latest firmware(4.12) such as the device freezing during channel scan, please send me an email, and will provide you with a firmware for testing..

I have a test firmware that needs to be tested for fixing the problem.

This is a problem which affects certain areas. Cowon are aware of the problem and are working on firmware to fix the problem.

I just bought a replacement after having the old one stolen. The old one worked fine (East London) and now I can't get a channel. Could we not load the old firmware?

The problem is the inclusion of DAB+ (which we've not got in the UK yet) on the player. We've been asking Cowon to give us a firmware with this taken out for the time being but they seem more keen to press on with getting the current firmware working for the future.
