D2+ DAB firmware update

I have just tried to update my firmware fron 4.12 to the latest version 4.59. I have followed the instructions supplied by cowon but the version after update remains at 4.12. any suggestions.

I can't find this firmware in the D2+ section of Cowon's website so I don't think their is new firmware for the D2+ DAB (only the non-DAB version).

The firmware you have copied over is for the old version of the product, simply called the D2, so will not work with your machine.

I've had the same experience as Irv. I acted on Cowon's website page for firmware update COWON D2 DAB Firmware V4.59 COWON 20/01/09. From ElliotAMP3 reply it seems that COWON D2 DAB and COWON D2+ (PLUS) DAB are two seperate models. That's a bit subtle for me but at least my failure now makes sense.
