Just received my S9 from yourselves and have put the latest firmware on it.
I've put music on it and a few films, and just a few moments, it wouldn't play anything. It can't find any files on the player, yet when i plug it in on my apple, i can see the files and even on the settings showing how much space is taken up on the S9 it clearly states that there is files there?
Is there a hard reset that i can do?
please help, as spending over £250 on something that doesn't work after just a few days it really bad!
Can i return it under the 1 year warranty?
