Charging problems

After loading some stuff onto the PMP I now can't turn it on at all. It initially didn't show anything on the screen just the power light went on and went off again.

Now I get 'low battery' on the screen but still can't turn it on even when plugged into USB or mains adaptor. The red light is on, suggesting it's charging or that there is power going into the unit but it still doesn't turn on at all.

Tried resetting too but no joy. Please help.

same **** here. this is the worst device I've ever used. last time I buy anything from a fledgling hardware corp.

I take it you've tried leaving it on a charge overnight and seeing if that helps?

If so, and still no luck, it may be a battery fault. If you bought it through us, contact our returns department. If not, get in touch with iubi to arrange a return.

Same forever charging & unable to turn it on problem here. My friend opened up my iubi and pressed the reset button and then it worked. Worked for a day that is.
My friend is going to have another look at it and I'll report back with his findings
