Basic Start Up Questions.

Hello

I don't have access to a pc all the time as I travel for my work and we are not allowed to use work PC's for personal use (sackable offence) - the deletion from the music browser folder does not work and selling a product with known dab issues does seem a bit silly (cowon not amp3)

I can't raise a return as the computer says I haven't bought anything - i used express checkout on paypal and didn't create a user name or account. Is there another way to do this?
