I bought a pair of Audioengine A5's about 15 months ago from advancedmp3. Recently the right hand x speaker channel has developed a marked hiss. This is independant of the inputs and volume control and originates from the main (left) speaker, as when a different RH speaker is connected, it also hisses. I thought I had 3 years warranty, but rereading the manual it appears that this is only in the USA and mine is restricted to 1 year. Who do I contact to get these repaired in the UK?
Sorry to hear of this problem; although you are correct that the 3 year warranty does only apply to the States. In this case you'd need to contact Audioengine themselves through the support section of their website to arrange a repair.
