I would like to purchase a Sony DWZ-S639F MP3 player and have tried to contact AMP3 numerous times to ask some pre-purchase questions but have not received any replies. I tried the "Live Help" option during your business hours when it said that the sales staff were available (which timed out and suggested that I send an email), emailed through the Live Help page (which sent me an auto-generated reply so I know that one went through), and emailed the "supervisor" that was mentioned in the auto-generated email, who I have not heard back from. All of these were done over the last five days.
Could someone in the sales department contact me either through my email address or through a private message on this forum?
